LFI INSTRUMENT

Low Frequency Instrument (LFI) :

    is composed of four bands of 56 tuned radio receivers ajustables 27 - 77 GHz that will be operated at a temperature of 20 K,
    its angular resolution is of 10 arcmins,
    its temperature sensitivity is about 12 µK at 100 GHz.
