The CNES is responsible for the entire system development and the satellite realisation. It finances the project up to 90% and assures the prime contractorship: developement of the satellite platform, integration and tests of the satellite until its launch, realization and operation of the Control Center.
 

The ONERA is responsible for the accelerometric instrument and the Scientific Mission Center development and coordinates the scientific exploitation of the mission.

The Observatoire de la Côte d'Azur participates to the preparation of the mission plan and prepares the scientific processings in collaboration with the ONERA.

The European Space Agency supplies the microthruster system.

The DLR supplies the materials for the instrument's proof masses.

ZARM participates to the ground validation of the instrument performances by realizing preliminary tests in its free fall tower.
